Tech Partnership: Lead Liaison and ResponseTap Integration Connects Call Intelligence with Marketing Automation

Allen, TX – Sales and marketing solutions provider, Lead Liaison, and call tracking intelligence experts, ResponseTap, today announce a partnership and integration that combines call tracking, visitor tracking, and marketing automation into one solution.

ResponseTap is a global organization with offices in the the US and UK. They most recently opened their New York office. The company has transformed the way marketers and call centers manage selling via the phone.

Lead Liaison offered the perfect solution. The company’s website visitor tracking solution, ProspectVision™, tracks website activity. Their marketing automation solution, Lead Management Automation (LMA)™, provides a legion of automated marketing solutions. And their sales enablement capabilities allow sales teams to be more efficient and accelerate sales. All of these solutions work together to seamlessly link sales and marketing activities into one platform.

“Our central focus has been on online activity, such as website activity and marketing emails, and offline activity, such as handwritten letters or promotional mailers,” says Christopher Kipgen, Technical Communications Manager at Lead Liaison. “The missing link was call tracking, and we’re very excited to now track that activity in Prospect Profiles, too. Adding call tracking insight provides a more comprehensive view of a Prospect for sales and marketing users”

The integration also allows mutual customers to:

  • Track which Prospects have made phone calls.
  • Segment prospects and trigger automations based on the phone call
  • Turn an unknown visitor into a Prospect during a live call.
  • View a Prospects web journey during a live call.

“We only partner with the best,” says Nick Ashmore, VP of Marketing. “We’ve chosen to link with Lead Liaison over other marketing automation platforms. That says a lot about how happy we are with their solutions.” For many businesses, the inbound phone call is an integral part of a customer’s buying journey. Through this integration, the call outcome, duration, and frequency can be tracked and a score can be applied to those actions. Additionally, other automations can be triggered based on those actions, further integrating phone calls with campaigns.

“With both ResponseTap and Lead Liaison being highly flexible platforms, this new integration allows our customers and theirs to leverage the both systems easily,” says Paul Bibby, ResponseTap’s UK Systems Consultant.

ResponseTap began as a client of Lead Liaison, using their dynamic website content builder to communicate with website visitors based on their phone numbers. They were impressed with the level of tracking and automation that Lead Liaison provided, and saw an opportunity to make an even more powerful solution.

“Integrations are at the heart of our story,” Ashmore explains. “We’re linking the best automation provider with the best call tracking provider. We are two must-have pieces of mar-tech. This was vital for both businesses.”

Lead Liaison Opens It’s Doors to Partners

Lead LiaisonAllen, TX – To kick off the new year, Lead Liaison has recently launched a Partner Program. This strategic step is in an effort to make even more innovative and exciting enhancements to their powerful solutions which include visitor tracking, marketing automation, tools for engaging website visitors with dynamic website content, and more.

The intent is to offer added insight and expertise into an industry dominated by publicly-owned conglomerates. Lead Liaison’s mission has always been to form partnerships with each of their clients to help them reach their marketing and sales goals. This thirst for partnership is now reaching outside of their own client-base and into the marketplace. Jennifer Worsham, Director of Marketing at Lead Liaison, explains, “We believe that ‘two brains are better than one.’ While we strive to give our clients every tool that they could possibly need to be successful, we recognize that there will be some areas outside of our wheelhouse – where other companies do it better. Instead of competing with these companies, we want to partner with them in order to reach a common goal: to give our shared customers every opportunity for success.”

Partnerships are important for Lead Liaison, their partners, and their shared customers because these mutually beneficial relationships help better serve the marketplace. Lead Liaison hopes to use these partnerships as a way to help strengthen areas in which partners may be weak, and vice versa. They will be able to do this by first identifying clients’ pain points. If those pain points are outside of the realm of the software’s functionality, Lead Liaison can help clients close the loop by bringing in a partner’s powerful solution or service.

Up until this point, the marketing automation company has been more than a little selective with the partnerships they have pursued. While there will still be a great deal of vetting, opportunity has now been given to the masses and is expected to make a big impact on the industry as a whole. “Our customers are at the forefront of our minds. We only want to focus on partnerships that would benefit them,” says Worsham.

Partnership opportunities include, but are not limited to, resellers, referrals, and integrations. Past partnerships include print and mail API creator, Lob; Pipedrive CRM, Citrix’ GoToWebinar, Google AdWords/Analytics, Wistia, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Growth Engineer at Lob, Shrav Mehta,  comments on his excitement to partner with Lead Liaison this past fall, “Lead Liaison and Lob share [a common] goal, which is why we were excited to partner with them on this project.”

In addition to their partnerships, both past and future, Lead Liaison also integrates with over 400 third party applications. They boast a wealth of native integrations, as well as a full-featured API and Zap that offers additional ways to connect the system’s capabilities to other applications or create personalized integrations.

Offline Marketing: Build, Send, and Track Postcards with Lead Liaison Multi-channel Marketing

ALLEN, TX Lob

It’s a match made in heaven. The marketing automation powerhouse Lead Liaison has partnered with Lob, a company that is aggressively building a suite of APIs that allow businesses to build applications within their own software for offline marketing tools. Together, they have created an integration that allows marketers to build, send, and track postcards within Lead Liaison’s software platform.

“A marketing automation solution should make your life easier, not more difficult. Lead Liaison and Lob share that goal, which is why we were excited to partner with them on this project. Their postcard builder is intuitive, which allows users to spend less time learning how to use it and more time creating exciting and valuable content.” – Shrav Mehta, Growth Engineer at Lob

Here are some highlights of the integration:

Flexible Design

Custom postcards can be built from scratch or from pre-designed templates in the platform. Users can add their own images, colors, and fonts. The interface allows users to choose between various postcard sizes, such as 4 x 6, 6 x 9, and 6 x 11, and customize both front and back designs. Drag-and-drop technology allows users to easily design a postcard in minutes, not hours.

Dynamic Data Insertion

The new Lead Liaison Postcard Builder gives users the ability to insert standard or custom fields as dynamic text inside of their postcards. This option allows information to be added to each postcard based on the recipient’s data in their prospect profile. The ability to include relevant data that’s specific to the recipient transforms offline marketing into personalized marketing. Companies can better use personalized data for account based marketing (ABM) or one-to-one marketing.

Send on Demand with Flexible Delivery Options

Flexible delivery options minimizes costs. Users no longer need to hit a minimum number of recipients. Send a one-off postcard wishing clients a “Happy Birthday!”, send multiple postcards to a list of people, or include as an action in automated drip marketing.

Folders & Cloning

What’s the use of valuable content if you can’t find it when you need it? Lead Liaison recently released a new feature that allows users to organize their content, personalizations, and automations into folders. Once marketers have identified valuable content, Lead Liaison’s powerful software provides to ability to clone it, saving valuable time.
