One of the biggest challenges of tracking visitors to your site is determining who the exact individual is. Follow up can become very difficult with only a company name and no additional qualification beyond that. Website eMeetings make it possible to connect with the actual individual browsing your company’s site. Using Lead Liaison Tracker, Sales and Marketers will be able to view the live status of the visitor and know the exact page they are on. If Sales and Marketers are interested in prospecting to this individual they can initiate an eMeeting. The visitor will get a small popup on the lower left hand side of the screen inviting them to an eMeeting. From that point on, you can focus on pulling your prospect in. All eMeeting transcripts are recorded and saved so they can be e-mailed to others or searched at a later time.
Canned Messages and Pushing of Web PagesUpon brokering an eMeeting, a User will have the ability to “push” pre-written commands for efficiency purposes. For example, push a command “Hello, this is Jeff, how may I help you with our products?” immediately with the click of a button to save time and hook the Visitor quickly. Alternatively, if you are in an eMeeting with a prospect and you can sense they are interested in Product X, you can “push” them a saved web page on Product X that will automatically open up on their screen.
Reference eMeeting TranscriptsPast transcripts can be searched, sorted, e-mailed, and referenced. They are archived in our secure storage facility and referenced by Users with Administrative rights on your company’s account only.
Skinnable InterfaceThe graphics on the e-meeting window are completely skinned so that any corporation can white label the interface to match their corporate branding. There are three areas that can be white labeled from within your control panel
